Sagar knows how to bring a brand to life — the positioning, the story, the reason someone picks it off a shelf. 14 years and more than 50 brands sharpened that instinct inside the region’s biggest advertising agencies, with award-winning work across FMCG, telecom, tech, retail, entertainment and real estate, and later in food leading growth with Zomato and Casinetto. Named one of the Middle East’s ’30 Under 30′, he now leads The Patty Project, a brand that started in his mother’s kitchen.

Jay comes from a family restaurant business that has been feeding Dubai for over 3 decades, and built Swades Vegetarian into one of the city’s most recognised names. He also founded Milky Way Food Industries, supplying premium fresh product across the region’s hospitality sector. 10+plus years in food production, supply chain and partnerships — he knows how to make food at scale without losing what makes it good.

Over 3 decades across hospitality, food manufacturing, nutrition and product development working with some of the biggest names in the industry and a track record of turning kitchen ideas into products that survive a production line. His philosophy: respect the food, simplify the process, keep refining until the result feels effortless.
